3.1 Ecological Footprint

a. Go to the Global Footprint Network website.  Read Footprints Basics from the Introduction through to Frequently Asked Questions. Watch the two videos "Ecological Footprint" and "Ecological Overshoot" within the World Footprint section. Answer the following questions in your journal, or if taking the course for credit, in the Lesson 3 Response Form.

-What is Earth Overshoot Day? Why is it significant?

-Describe carbon footprint and its relationship to Ecological Footprint.
